A family man and third generation Miamian, Lee Michael Morrison came to Cornerstone Private Advisors in 2021 after being in the financial services industry for 12 years. Lee firmly believes that families and small business deserve to have a world-class financial education to become debt free, build generational wealth, and achieve financial independence. He practices what he calls “Education-based, holistic client-focused financial advisement,” and he prides himself on his ability to teach & coach people about money management.
Lee is an Investment Adviser Representative, holding the Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses as well as Florida 214 Life & Variable Annuity and Florida 240 Health insurance licenses.
Prior to his career in financial services, Lee enjoyed a 14-year career as an award winning music teacher and college professor in both private and public schools. He decided to take those same teaching talents to the families and small businesses of our community, educating them how to plan for and achieve their financial goals.
Lee and hisdaughter Emily, live in Hialeah, where they are active in the community. He is an Emmaus brother of Immaculate Conception Catholic Parish, where he volunteers in the music ministry as a saxophonist and clarinetist; he serves on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America, and he is a founding board member of Music Mentor Network, a local nonprofit focused on bringing professional musician mentors to students in their schools. In his spare time, Lee enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, guest conducting in local schools, and watching his beloved Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, and Milwaukee Brewers.
